Chad and Brian did an awesome job delivering & setting up my beautiful office desk and leather recliner! They showed me how to operate the chair, peeled off those pesky stickers,  cleaned the desktop and most unexpectedly fixed the chair plug in to prevent it from coming apart accidentally.  Highest recommendation!

We bought a media cabinet from Contemporary Galleries working through Chris, who was great to work with.  Unfortunately the cabinet was slightly damaged during the delivery process, but they were quick to replace the cabinet and deliver a new one quickly. The entire process with Contemporary Galleries and the people we dealt with were top notch.

Do not go anywhere else but here for all your furniture needs. Michelle was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend asking for her. Her process is seamless, very knowledgeable and made this the best buying experience possible. The owner was very nice to deal with, all professional. He even came himself delivered and installed the furniture. Top notch company. I will be back.

Contemporary Galleries is phenomenal-from the sales floor to the delivery! My husband and I purchased a loveseat with Chris and saw a sectional we fell in love with on the way out. Chris, who is awesome, gave us color samples to try out in our home. When we came back to purchase, Kate assisted us and gave us great cleaning information for our new pieces. She was fantastic! She was even able to put both pieces, plus a coffee table we found, on the truck for the same delivery day. When delivery day came, both deliveries had not been put together. Our delivery guys were amazing! They went back and picked up the sectional and coffee table. They were back at our house within 20 minutes. Now that is customer service! What a team! Keep up the great work!

Our home looks like the Contemporary Galleries showroom. We have purchased from them for years- always a positive experience. The latest is a beautiful dining room table from Italy. It is ceramic and is very heavy but the delivery guys did an exceptional job getting it in and setup.

We normally don't do reviews for business that just meet standards. But  certainly this is not the case at Contemporary Galleries. Everyone at this place takes ownership of the business and perform beyond expectations to make sure you have a great experience. Their products have outstanding quality and look hard to find in Louisville market!.  We  had the pleasure to deal with Kate and Beth in the store who actually did an amazing job helping us to pick up our pieces. We ended up ordering some stuff from the catalog, and upon delivery everything looked spectacular!!. Big shutout for the delivery crew Kyle, Justin, John who were very professional, helpful, and careful with the installation and placement. We also had the pleasure to meet one of the owners "Bob" who was 100% on top of everything at all time. I can't tell enough about this business and their team. Thank you ALL for the great experience, we'll be back for more soon!!

Our overall experience with Contemporary Galleries has been excellent! We enjoyed working with Chris in the store - he’s very professional and knowledgeable!  We just received our furniture order which was delivered by Justin and Colton. They were very careful, professional and above all very courteous!  We highly recommend Contemporary Galleries for their outstanding service and quality. Also, it’s a great experience to just explore the store!

Contemporary Galleries is a wonderland of interesting furniture. There is zero pressure when shopping. Chris made our experience easy and enjoyable and took his time helping us with our custom order. There was a small issue with one of the pieces and Bob telephoned me to work it out and went above and beyond to communicate with me in a transparent and honest manner. Kyle made it very simple to schedule delivery and Justin and Kolton were very professional, respectful and pleasant to talk to each time they delivered to our home. Thank you to the whole team! Truly a pleasure and we will certainly be back.

The Contemporary Galleries team is incredible.  From the help Chris provided in picking out pieces for our office, to making sure we had everything we needed for our very important meeting to the amazing delivery guys that put everything together with a smile. My experience was one of the best.  My salesperson, Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable.  We bought a desk on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday.  Brian and Kyle made the delivery , put it together and even moved it a couple of times so we got it positioned just right.  I was hesitant to shop there for office furniture.  Didn't think they would have much of a selection but was I pleasantly surprised.  Everything was perfect.  I will recommend to all my friends.  Thanks so much.
