Conway Eye Care

Lets start off by saying the staff here was horrible. The receptionist Tammy was nothing but rude from the moment I walked through the door. She answered all my questions with a rude snappy tone. Dr. Cole was always a nice man but the new owners taking over have no idea how to run a business as I could meet better doctors walking down the street. They were very unprofessional from start to finish and it’s safe to say that my family and I will no longer be using Conway Eye Care.

This place is ridiculous! Even the poor receptionist admitted that the ball was dropped! Another woman said the took our insurance and “confirmed it” then set appointments. We showed up to find out the doctor who did take our insurance wasn’t in! No one had any idea of what was going on!

Not a big deal, but . . . we were visiting Storyland. I had my glasses in my pocket during a rollercoaster ride and one of the lenses popped out. I found Conway Eye Care, walked in and they fixed it free of charge in 3-4 minutes. Great service, friendly, helpful, incredibly courteous!

We had a miscommunication, but the office quickly corrected their mistake and got my daughter the frames she really wanted and fit her right. Thank you for understanding.

I'm traveling this weekend and forgot my contacts back at home. I explained the situation to Conway eye care and they gave me some samples of my brand (which they thankfully had in stock) with a faxed form from my regular eye doctor. They were super kind over the phone and at the reception desk. Thank you so much!
