Dover Eye Care

Incorrect billing. They asked for $45 when i went to pick up my contact lenses. I said they already charged a fitting fee. They argued it was policy or I could not have the contacts i ordered (even though their office sends an auto text when they are ready for pick up). I called my vsp eye insurance and they called that office now they owe me a $45 refund. Terrible liars do not go there.

Always, on point. .Fast, with courtesy service ,and very knowledgable step by step procedure. I've been going for 4yrs now and have always had great service . Thank you to those at Dover eye care.

Very personal. Dr Aslam was very kind and spent the time to explain my issues and consult on my options. I would recommend her.

Everyone was very professional, I really appreciated how the doctor was very patient and explained everything thoroughly during the consult. I felt bad that I ran out of time during the glasses fitting and had to leave, but they were fine with it. I came back later that afternoon and finished up ordering my glasses. My one complaint is that I appreciated the text and email reminders, but they sent them 4 different times (each) which got annoying. One is enough, I would think. Otherwise, very pleased, will be a returning patient.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Every person there is polite and professional. I'm particularly impressed with Dr. Aslam, because she takes the time to explain the test results and answer all my questions.
