The front of house employees are very friendly. this is my 3rd visit with these folk and now I can finally say I am not a fan of this practice. The eye doctor is condescending and rude as is the technician. Find someplace else that uses more modern technology and actually takes the time to explain what's going on. I had contacts that did not fit for a year and my explanation was I had an optic shift with no explanation so I inquired about a more descriptive response and was met with the same answer "you had an optic shift" as he walked out the door.
