Had to change from 5 to 2 stars when I realized my rear seat was lopsided after rear glass install on f150 ... He crushed the plastic clip that holds seat down under rod when reinstalling. Cordial .. if u were wondering why the left side was so hard to get down, it's because you were crushing a plastic clip. I fixed being patient in about 10min ..

Nice guy, but in way to much of a hurry!! Guess chasing that dollar makes mistakes.. Don't let this mistake happen to you. I needed a glass replaced on my new car where a tint shop cut my glass, so I called Cordial. We discussed the glass on the phone. He says I ordered the wrong glass. Keep reading please. When the glass was about to be replaced we walked around the car looking at the paint, and also the cut glass. He was surprised how the glass was cut. This was at the Nissan dealership where he was doing the replacement. He went and got the glass, "the wrong glass" busted the wrong side out. He said I ordered the wrong glass. Yep now it is my fault that he busted the wrong glass out!! WOW, Slow down man!!!~! He blamed it on me right after we looked at the cut 5 minutes before. He busted the side he ordered. Cordial says he was going by the paperwork. I was receiving a lifetime warranty against leaks. But now He says he will not touch my car again unless I pay for the one he broke out and the new glass. Why should I pay for his mistake? If you have a flat tire are you going to change another tire instead?? I mentioned calling Nisan who recommended him and the BBB and he said he will NEVER touch it again, and threatened to take me to court, then hung up on me. Please be careful on who you choose for your glass needs!!! This is NOT the company for you!! Spread the word! Have a great day.
