Cornerstone Bakery & Restaurant

It's pretty good. Wish they had more healthy breakfast options. I usually like to get a fruit salad instead of hashbrowns when I go for breakfast. Cornerstone doesn't have any fruit salad.

Just don't order the burger. I went with my family for lunch on Sunday. Service was good. My wife ordered kale soup and 1/2 sandwich. She enjoyed it. My kids had pancakes, they were good. I ordered a mushroom melt burger. The burger was dry and thin. It reminded me of eating high school cafeteria food. Now, let's talk about the bakery. They make filled malasadas. I had an apple cinnamon one. It was the texture and flavor of a malasada with apple filling used in a donut. What a great idea! The saying goes, when in Rome, or in this case, a Portuguese bakery, order Portuguese food.

Excellent sweet bread! Good Portuguese pastries. Nice place for Sunday breakfast. Atmosphere O.K. could use some sprucing up.

Ordered 16 sweetbreads for Easter to give as presents and when I got them home they were terrible.Hard around the edges and very dry inside. I tried calling the manager and was told they were to busy to talk. They took down my phone number and customer# So I gave it a few days and never received a call back. I called them on Tuesday to find out what could of happened and the manager Steve was such an un professional manager. All he did was argue with me that this could of never happened and basically I didn't know what I was talking about! He said he worked 90 hrs. And his father died last year why that was mentioned to me not sure but still not an answer for my ordered sweet bread. How ever I was not trying to get my money back i just wanted an explanation and all I got was an argument and him telling me not to come back. So he doesn't have to worry cause not only will I never go back but I will never recommend them again.

Very good food but very slow service. They were not busy and breakfast for 1 took over an hour. Very good bakery though.
