Came to this location with a class of 11 cosmetology students. The manager seemed very irritated that we were there. Although the store is small and they were scattered throughout the aisles, the students were quiet and respectful. The manager was rude to both myself and several students and proceeded to "trash talk" our school to other customers, who also happen to be customers of the school, once we left. We take our students on "field trips" to this location often so that they can familiarize with new products and tools and make their purchases. Needless to say, that won't be happening anymore.

People are not that helpful unless manager is there.
