Although another location is closer, it is well worth driving a few miles out of the way to visit the Derry store. Tatum deserves kudos for her professionalism and personal service. She always informs me of the monthly promotions and even knows which product lines I prefer. I value her advice---she has proven to be "spot on" with her recommendations---it's rare to encounter such customer service in a national chain. I'd be devastated if she ever left the store--but in my humble opinion-- you guys should promote her!!!

In the past few months, I have begun using the Derry Sally beauty, as their customer service is exemplary. I can also count on them to be honest with me about my hair care regimen, and even if it is not something I want to hear, they are truthful and respectful of my look and skill set. Thank you, ladies.

Was walking by and stopped to take a picture. The lady inside noticed my handlebar mustache and came out to tell me that she had a varity of mustache wax. Mustache wax is not a commonly carried item and I was thrilled to find it at a local store. If this brand works I'll definitely be back for more. Both ladies made me feel comfortable inside a store I would have never thought of visiting. The place was clean and didn't have that overpowering perfume smell either. Thank you for great cus service.

Absolutely love this place! Staff is excellent and they jump at the opportunity to help and answer any questions you have! Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend going here if you are in need of beauty supplies!

This store has just about everything you could need or want in the way of personal beauty products: hair care, make-up, nail polish ... and the appliances and/or supplies needed to use them to your best advantage. The store staff are extremely helpful and friendly and seem to know just about every inch of the store and every product on the shelf. I rarely look elsewhere for personal beauty products now!
