I entered the store for the 1st time today and I've been a professional hairstylist all my life from age 18 to now 48. Unfortunately I don't do it for a living anymore so I haven't kept up with renewing my license. When I walked in I was questioned by salesperson if I was a licensed hairstylist and I told them what I just told you and I was told that they couldn't sell me their products and I wasn't even allowed in the store . I was extremely shocked and disappointed with them and their policy and I told them so. If they treat their stylists like this I can't imagine they get much businesses from our profession. They are not a chain, aren't popular and won't sell to public . Without the business of hairstylists they have no business. We r the ones who buy it and sell it for them. Don't give them your time and hard earned money, they don't care about you

Actually terrible there. Gave them a gift card and the cash for the remaining. They used all the cash and then used the gift card. Now I have $1 remaining on my gift card.... extremely disappointing. Should have used the gift card first, and then used my cash. Completely rude, and lacks customer service.
