Serene spa with beautiful indoor and outdoor hot mineral pools. I paid $20 for a day pass to soak in the pools and it was delightful! There are many available ameneties, such as lockers to store valuables, a steam room, lounge chairs, fruit and beverages, robe and slippers to wear, and toiletries to freshen up. You can even order food and drinks from The Cutwater restaurant and have them delivered poolside! What luxury!
The water in the pools was perfect temperature and the environment was peaceful and comfortable. I would have dozed off on one of the cushy lounge chairs if I had more time to spend there (I only had a few hours before heading home, though the pass itself does allow all day access if you so choose to spend the entire day relaxing).
The spa receptionist was quite helpful and attentive, giving me a thorough tour of the facilities.
I recommend calling the spa in advance of your visit to check availability as they keep the number of guests to a minimum. I really loved my quiet relaxation time at The Cove and would love to return again in the future!

I visited The Cove Spa recently with a friend of mine. We booked services in advance and arrived with plenty of time to take advantage of the beautiful space and amenities. I received a massage from Ben Misek, and he did an outstanding job!
As a therapist myself, I am plenty picky about the quality of those who work on me. I wanted to mostly relax, since it was just a vacay day, and I wasn't in any sort of real pain.
Ben was able to meet that expectation, but also took the time to gently address areas of tension in my shoulders that were particularly tight and agitated. I walked away both relaxed and more aligned in my posture.
The Cove has done a masterful job of creating a lovely oasis where it becomes pretty easy to forget about stress, and just relax in warm pools, drinking fruit-infused water, with snacks, and be cared for by a capable and friendly staff. I am definitely looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Had a massage by Ben, totally satisfied, Ben was very skilled with his technique from light touch to deep tissue. One of the best I have ever had. I had a friend with manicure from Amanda, totally loved it and gave lots of accolades for her skills

Ehhhh! The atmosphere is great and the hot tubs are beautiful. But that's where the good ends. We got pedicures and manicures. This one ranks as maybe the worst and most expensive mani and pedi I have ever had. Forget getting any kind of massage on your arms, legs or feet during said mani and pedi.....it won't happen. Wished I had saved my $140.00!

If I could give a zero I would. My fiance and I scheduled a 2 night stay at the shore lodge and also Scheduled a couples massage at the cove. I requested two female massage therapists and was told that was fine. Ended up getting two males. My fiance ended up receiving a very painful deep tissue massage (which we didn't ask for nor was it ever mentioned that he would be receiving that treatment). The staff at the front desk never apologized when this was brought to their attention and they even had the audacity to say that I was wrong and asked for the deep tissue! Later after checking my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged extra for day passes to the cove. Again, we only visited the cove on the day we received massages ( immersion pools are included with massage purchase for that day). I was told that I asked for additional day passes and was refused a refund. This was the most frustrating situation I've ever had to deal with in regards to a spa treatment. I have no reason to lie about the services we requested or received. I will never visit the cove again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family about how bad of a experience we had.
