I purchased a groupon for my husband March 29th. I called to set appointment and was directed to their website. The calendar was blocked out past when the groupon would expire. I have called every week, twice a week, left voicemails, text messages and even emails through their website and not one person has returned my call. If you are too busy then remove your business from groupon promotions until you get caught up on customers. In the mean time, do what’s right, take care of paying customers who want to do business with you. If you aren’t in the business of doing business, call me and tell me that so we can move on. Super disappointed!

I’m sure the massages are great though we are not able to experience them. Groupon has an awesome deal for stone massage that expires 90 days after purchase seems great right… But They do not answer the phone and on the machine it says that they do not make appointments by phone it’s online only and when you go online to make the appointment they are booked every Sat through January maybe even February I stopped looking. Don’t waste your money on the Groupon because then you won’t be able to get an appointment within the 90 day expectation period and can’t speak to a live person.

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon for a hot rock massage and I left message with someone to schedule well iver a week ago, no call back so I called again a couple days ago and the massage therapist still has not called me back yet. Canceling Groupon today, disappointed because I was looking forward to. Not sure how a business runs when they don't return calls. Was supposed to be with Storie, not sure if fault lies with her or whoever answers phone.
