Snake River Pool & Spa of Idaho, LLC

My husband and I recently purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Snake River Pool & Spa. From the very beginning, our experience was fantastic! Danielle, the sales person, was extremely helpful and provided a lot of insight. Since we have never owned a hot tub, I appreciated her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. We purchased a 2018 Limelight and the spa is amazing! From the first day, I noticed that I sleep so much better after sitting in my hot tub. Finally, after we owned our hot tub for a couple of weeks, Snake River sent Johnny out to our home to answer any other questions we had after having the opportunity to use the spa. Johnny was fantastic! He worked around our schedule, he helped answer some of our more detailed questions related to keeping the spa clean and working in the optimal condition and he delivered chemicals to our home the following day. I highly recommend Snake River as a company and Danielle and Johnny specifically!

We recently purchased a Hot Tub from Snake River Pool & Spa and we could not be happier. My wife and I use it everyday sometimes twice and the teenagers and all their friends are consistently asking when is their turn? We highly recommend getting one sooner rather than later. Go see Danielle as she is awesome with sales and once the purchase is complete they follow up with training and everything you need to know about your new hot tub with Hot Tub JOHNNY. After searching many options and various alternatives, in the end we found the perfect one, so save your time and money and go to Snake River Pool and Spa!!!

I have been a customer for several years and would never dream of switching places. The Spa Team in Twin Falls has always treated me so good and always takes care of me like I am their most important customer. They have saved me so many times concerning my hot tub and/or pool. I seriously don’t know what I would do without them. Love them all so much and truly appreciate everything they do for me. Highly recommend them!!!

Just recently we purchased our second Hot Springs spa from Snake River Pool and Spa and we must say they are the friendliest and most supportive team around. The initial tub we received had a manufacturer defect which the team recognized immediately upon delivery and assured us that it would be remedied. The team stayed in constant contact with us on the resolution and in the end Hot Springs voluntarily replaced the tub allowing us to use the existing tub until the replacement arrived. Once the new tub arrived, we were immediately contacted by the spa team and the tub was swapped with the same friendly install as the first experience. We cannot say enough about their support and believe the team is top notch. We would highly recommend the Snake River Spa team to anyone. Thanks, Brett

I want to say thank you :-) Last year I bought a used Hot Spring Jet Setter hot tub from a friend and had Snake river come out and check it out and show us how to maintain it; through that visit we started the hot tub out with Silk Balance water treatment and we have no trouble keeping the PH and alkalinity inline with minimal use of chlorine; when we had Hot Tub years ago we fought the water balance constantly which is why we got rid of it. Last week the tub went out and Russ "the best repair guy ever" came out and flipped the electrical barker and check the system and it was good to go. Snake River keep delivering!! Thank you, Jim
