I've been to top med spas all over the world...Ireland, Brazil, Louisiana, San Diego, London...just to name a few... and I can honestly say that my experience at Spa 35 was the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and fun, but most importantly, they are extremely knowledgeable. Ariel is amazing and took time to explain every detail in order to help me understand the procedure and help me feel comfortable. I live several hours from Boise, but the drive was worth it. I'm definitely making this "my" spa!

I love Spa 35! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always take me right back to the room, without a wait and am in and out in no time. If you’re in the market for Botox this is your place. I’ve visited other clinics, but I think the Spa 35 staff places the needle in just the right places for the best results. I was able to go 6 months between sessions. I haven’t tried other services, but plan to in the future. :)

Loyal and happy for eleven years. I have been going to Spa 35 for many years. Always friendly, professional service with experts in their field. They greet you as if you're a personal friend, confidential and clearly explain procedures and expectations. Great for the first timer for any service. I've had a wide range of services and been more than satisfied with the results of each. I will keep coming back here as long as they're around. A+++++ If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I can honestly say that Spa 35 has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced--and I mean ANYWHERE, not just med-spa customer service. My questions are always answered patiently and quickly, the staff has always been able to work with my schedule and get me in quickly, the techs and the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff just generally went above and beyond to make sure my treatments were successful. I never felt like anyone was trying to "upsell" me on anything or push treatments I didn't need. Just helpful information and terrific resources. If you want to feel pampered and well-taken care of, Spa 35 is incredible. I don't usually leave rave reviews, but I'm making an exception here. A++ recommendation, and amazing experience here.

I love, love, love Shannon and Spa 35 for laser hair removal. First, Shannon is so personable and relaxing, that she instantly puts you at ease. She explains everything to you, makes sure you are comfortable and moves quickly with the laser. I had fantastic results! 100% hair removal! The ladies at the spa all know me by name when I walk in and make me feel appreciated as a client. I would recommend Shannon and Spa 35 to anyone considering laser hair removal.
