Silk Touch Med Spa, Laser & Lipo

I went to Silk Touch for the free consultation. I ended up having a microdermabrasion and chemical peel done that same day. I couldn't be happier with the results. After just one treatment my whole face was smoother and had a glow I have not seen in years. What I appreciate most is that Angela, the esthetician, was very honest with me and did not try to sell me expensive treatments that I didn't want or need. Her technique was so relaxing and she was very careful to appraise my skin for any sensitivities. I am going back for three more treatments and can't wait!

Stefanie is incredible! She made me feel comfortable when I was in really uncomfortable and nervous place. Getting injections or botox is always intimidating; considering you don't know what the outcome is going to be for a short period of time. Steph was reassuring and confident that I was going to love the outcome and even gave me her personal number if I had ANY questions. Hands down an insanely sweet lady and very professional. I would refer her to absolutely anyone.

Love love love this place! Staff is always friendly & smiling! The atmosphere is wonderful-they offer current products & hist seminars on new products. I trust them & am happy with my results!

I couldn't be happier. Dr. Kerr is an artist and can transform your face, pointing out areas that will not only make you look years younger, but change facial expressions that can make you look sad or angry. No more marionette lines for me!

I was trying to fill in my sunken jowls due from bone loss from missing back teeth. Autumn Heuman said BellaFill was "exactly" what I needed as opposed to getting 4 dental implants. Cheaper, quicker, look 20 yrs younger. She told me SHE injected BellaFill into the jowls ALL the time and it works! Autumn misplaced the filler, she injected into my parotid gland, she put 2times more filler in my left check than the right. I've seen several doctors, had an MRI, surgery to my gland to remove the filler, one injection of juvederm to the right check area to try to even it out some. I am now on antidepressants to cope with my DEFORMED face. My self esteem was already so low I flew to Boise to get help and now It has CRASHED! I asked Dr. Kerr why she would do this and his replay was, "I don't know, I wasn't in the room!" I heard all the flimsy excuses from Dr. Kerr, I must have put on weight, I do most of my chewing on the left side, I was a slow healer that's why it wasn't working like it should. Dr. Kerr does NOT oversee his PA's injectors. Autumn Heuman no longer works for Silk Touch Med Spa but opened up her own spa, AESTHETIQUE MEDICAL 989 Front St. Boise, Id. I feel Autumn and Silk Touch Med Spa puts profit over patients and fails to advise of the problems that could and did occur in my case. I now know BellaFill is NOT FDA approved for the jowls, nor are fillers meant to fill where there is so much bone loss! I'm unable to post my pic. on this review but if you go to Silk Touch Med Spa FB page you see the how horrible my face looks on their review.
