Coventry Apartments

Just recently moved in, but the property management team made the application and move in process nice and easy. They were quick to respond and helpful answering all my questions. I am very impressed with how clean and move in ready the apartment was. I'm very happy with my choice!

I spent a good time

Community oriented complex. Clean, quiet and inviting. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist residents. If or when issues arise that require maintenance and or repair, they are addressed within 24 hours with a call back to insure work was done to your satisfaction. Good old fashioned customer service.

I recently moved to The Coventry Apartments relocating from Utah, and have been impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They made it very easy for us through the moving process even with us being out of state.Very happy with our apartment and the updated appliances.

They will try to take all of your security deposit. They tried to take all of our deposit for a dirty bathroom and kitchen, they even provided photos. The photos they provided weren’t our apartment. Similar story with another set of our friends who lived here.

The tour of Coventry Apartments was helpful and the staff was very friendly. Apartments are updated and clean, within price range. Would recommend!
