I talked to shondra in the call center and when i was expressing my frustrations she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Ive done call center work and it is not easy but it also not hard to be a decent person. I am cancelling my service.
My wife went into the store to pickup our equipment, but we had set up the account online and she was not the primary contact. The employee who called me made it work and was very quick and efficient. I was surprised at having such good customer service from an internet provider.
They have moments of good service, however, the technicians are incredibly slow and do not care about fixing issues quickly. If there is an outage just be prepared to give up at least an entire day waiting for them to do anything.
Had to come into the store and get my services started at my new apt. Anthony was friendly and quick to resolve any issues that I had.
I Been with cox for two months and haven’t had a Wi-Fi bill under $300 when I signed up I agreed for a set rate of $65 I will be going to AT&t
I hate this company. I cancelled my service 3 months ago because I no longer live in their service area, yet they continue to charge my account and give me the runaround on giving me my money back. Terrible service, lack of documentation, and overall just shady business practices. Avoid if you can.
I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this store. Even though it is branded Cox, and they can mess with your account, they are a third party retailer and are very poorly trained. They made a ton of mistakes on my account that cost me hours of my time and hundreds of dollars and they took zero responsibility. Cox customer service won’t even talk to them to try to fix the issues they caused because they aren’t recognized as an actual Cox store. The manager, Dakota, has to power to help and is not trained to know how to properly handle customer issues. The whole staff are cold and rude even when you try to be nice to them. This store shouldn’t be allowed to exist in my opinion. Seriously, save yourself the headache and call Cox instead.
I visited this store this week and the staff was amazing. They were kind and so very helpful. I ended up having an issue after hours called the cox tech support and they were not able to solve the situation. The next day I called this store to see if they would be able to figure out what was happening and they were willing to go above and beyond to help get my 83 year old Mother in laws Cable working for her in her new nursing home. When I explained how important it was for her to have that comfort and stability of her TV for her, they were so kind and so very helpful. Thank you so much for all you were able to do.
Wow I love this place. I waited maybe 3 minutes before the wonderful Dakota took care of me. She got me a sweet all in one modem and took my old one off of my hands. She even got me a discount for $14 less a month for internet. This is twice she’s helped me and was fabulous both times. I hope she goes NOWHERE.
One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. We moved out of state in January and canceled our internet with them, but the continued to charge us, right now August, September and October. My wife has two separate confirmation numbers of canceling the original and a new one. They have not done their job and still have not returned my money. I know internet is important but if there is another company to go with in your area, go with them and NOT, Cox!
