Cox Solutions Store

My internet shuts off multiple times a day I don’t ever get the internet speed promised I could get up to. No amount of customer support has helped. If it weren’t for the fact that I had dealt with a worse company it would be a 1 star

Great employees, fast service, clean facility, efficient service. I only wish the REST of Cox services were this way! Cox drops the ball in almost every business aspect and is in need of serious FCC regulatory control to protect consumers, however, thier neighborhood retail outlets are the bright shining stars of the company. The sad part is these poor employees bear the brunt of the anger from the pissed off consumers. They should make Cox corporate board members spend a day working in these stores to place them back in touch with thier customers.

When the voice prompt won t allow a potential customer to get through without some garbage that's a problem.

I appreciate not having to wait a long time - in and out fast. Everything I was told would happen happened. No surprises, no hard sell.
