Cox Solutions Store

Incompetent to the point of being criminal. Horrible, despicable treatment by people who can't even work their own registers or understand basic english. They despise the interruption to their joking amongst themselves by actual paying customers, and their knowledge of their own products is far less than what you could get off their website. One of the worst experiences by some of the most hate-filled people I've ever met occurred in this location, which should be closed and the earth salted to prevent Cox from repeating the terrible mistake of letting this kind of store reproduce. Terrible beyond words, the place should be closed and everyone fired.

I've picked up two orders for internet and phone and they've both been wrong devices that were signed out to me. For example, the first time I went in there I upgraded to the Panoramic WIFI, so I picked up a Pano router and came home and set it up. Got spotty performance -- nothing at all what the commercials led me to believe. So I called Cox and they came out to check out my setup and turned out this Cox store didn't even give me a Panoramic modem. LOL. No wonder it wasn't working right. These solution stores are dumb -- it's best to just have them come out to the house, unless you're stuck with a contractor and not an actual Cox employee. Ugh, I just want more competition here in OKC.

I've seen many negative reviews for this location, and i must say i have only been here twice. Both times were absolutely pleasant and i got the service i came for quickly and with very friendly service. My last visit was on an extremely hot day and the employee helping me offered my children and i an ice cold bottled water. Which was just a small but very appreciated gesture of customer service.
