The worst customer service I've ever had. Can't understand how they will lie to you. About what your getting take your hard earned money. "In cash" that takes 30 seconds. They make millions a year. But can justify taking 2 to 4 weeks to get me my refund. And then tell me there's nothing else they can do for me!

Staff is really nice and proficient. Price for service is way too expensive. There should be a minimal charge for cable.
