I find they are usually much better following their policy, rather than finding "solutions."  Love T-Mobile and wish they had home internet rather than dealing with these folks who don't understand, you decide if their product or service is valuable;  their vote doesn't pay the fees and therefore doesn't count.

Great service. They always open the door for entering and leaving customers. They make sure everyone’s walking out satisfied. We’ve never had any issues.

There are always a few CSRs onsite to assist customers. Also have a self serve payment machine. Clean and spacious, so if there is a wait, you can be somewhat comfortable. They have stepped up the customer service game by offering water to waiting customers and holding the door for you when you arrive.

I've been to this location about 5 times. My last visit was the best. The gentleman who assisted me was kind and helpful. On my past visits, the employees seemed to be condescending and secretive with my file. Overall, they have assisted to answer any questions that I've had.

If you still use Cox, the employees are very friendly.  However, Cox and priced itself out of my business after 20 years.  I finally cut the cord and phone.  Going to cancel the too expensive internet service soon.
