If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge way too much for an extremely limited service, and they treat their customers terribly. Every person I ever spoke with on the phone either had no idea what they were doing or they were just rude. Will never use again.

Cox is the freaking mafia of Oklahoma. They have conquered areas so that you have no other option. They raise their fees without notice and pretend like it's your fault their Networks not responding.

I was treated very well at this Cox store!!! I had an issue with my roommate's account i got it switched into my Name by the manager kyle and Erika without any extra fees or deposit required

I called to change my bundle plan to only cable. The rep. That took my call said i could keep my bundle plan and start a new service and get it for 100.00 cheaper. Got my confirmation number and all and he tranfered me to confirm my phone in the bundle and the lady that took the call said i was not eligible for this bundle. Ugh so not right. How do you go thru a 45 minute call to change this and then you cant have it. These people need to get the fscts straight on what you can have.

Cox communications is a joke! Their phone/internet/cable goes off and on all the time. They allow your phone line to be taken by other phone companies and can't even apologize for the mistake. They have horrible customer service! Do not use them.
