Crane Ordway Apartments

Well I had a showing here and the manager was sweet and the apartment itself was pretty cool and industrial, however mid tour one of the residents was exclaiming I shouldn’t live here “whatever I do” which unfortunately gave me a bad vibe. I saw other residents who seemed to be very off too… mixed with the very lack luster amenities, this place is a big yikes.

I am living my best life at Crane Ordway for over ten years now! I could move and live anywhere else but I won't. Eric, Angel and Reggie are the best! I am so grateful to call this place home.

I have worked with the staff at Crane/Ordway for the past 6 years as a social worker. The management has been supportive, inclusive and overall very professional to work with. I am grateful that apartments like this are available in St Paul.

I have nothing bad to say about Crane Ordway apartments. The staff made me feel at home from day 1 and we're very helpful, kind and caring... Answered all my questions and concerns all while making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed in the beginning as well as they do to this day. I'm very grateful for getting the chance to start over in a place where I'm not judged... I feel safe and I'm respected. I could never ask for more than that! They are my godsend!

Worse apartments I've ever experienced. The management is terrible hell just aeon is terrible overall Ive had so many bad experiences in this place and I've only been in this apartment for 8 months. I would not recommend this place to anybody. You cant control the temp in your apartmentthe management can't either, when you put in work orders it never gets done, People bug you to get inside the building, they have a whole pond in the storage room, and the elevator is always out or the buttons won't press which is scary as hell. I moved in this place cause i thought it was nice but if i can save anyone from this bs i will try- do not live at this place, worse decision of my life

Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE I went to my appointment that was supposed to be at 9 a.m I woke up at 7:45 a.m in order to be awake for a call I was supposed to received at 8 a.m in order to confirm everything but no call, went anyways and waited, called the number listed on the website and they said they would send a email? Like that was going to do anything waited another 20 minutes before finally getting inside only to see on the board that it was closed and would be open at 8 a.m as well as the office hours listed 8 a.m to 4 p.m and that they would be back in 45 mins. I waited a total of 45 minutes and was just told lies and excuses instead of just admitting that he didn't want to come in at 8
