Crate and Barrel

I was at the TJ Maxx HomeGoods store and found exactly what I needed to replace old dog beds with nice new comfy ones very reasonably priced

Rachel was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She accused me of returning a brand-new item that, she claimed, had already been used! Her claim was not based on any evidence. Rachel should work behind the scenes, in the stock room, rather than directly with customers on the floor.

Store is awful. Everytime I go into the store, they have a very limited stock...I'm told "its available online. If I wanted to shop online, I wouldnt be in the store ! Side note, if I check online, the items are always available at other locations out of state.... so the problem is with THIS LOCATION. Dont waste your time !!

I like the Crate and Barrel chain in general. Their kitchen supplies are my favorites - they're a little more expensive but much better quality than the big box stores. That being said, this Crate and Barrel isn't the best. It's small with a not do great layout. The staff weren't particularly helpful and I didn't have a great checkout experience. Recommend another Crate and Barrel if you can.

My wife and I needed an outdoor table set for memorial day weekend. We were told by sales associate Scot that the soonest we could receive it was Tuesday. I took Tuesday off from work to find out that the delivery day was the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend and they couldn't ship the table set sooner. We won't be shopping at Crate and Barrel again.
