The UPS Store

Called the store before going to pick up my package was told package was there. When I got there woman went on computer said my package wasn't there. I explained to her I just called this morning and was told it was here. She kept telling me I didn't call there. I was getting very frustrated because I know where I called. She then told me they only had 10 pkg there and she would know if they had it they didn't have a pkg with my name. I believe there were three people working at the time. I looked at my confirmation on my phone and told them who received the pkg and they walked to a shelve in the front and guess what it was there. I would not leave those people alone running my store poor customer service and quess what not one word from any of them she just turned around and walked in the back.

I needed to get flyers for an event done last minute, and Amber was very helpful in assisting me with great quick but quality work.

I am so glad that this store is under new management, the new team is FANTASTIC!!!, Shipping, Printing, and consulting on marketing for businesses, they really have raised the bar. I saw some bad reviews but I can only imagine thats got to be for the old owners, (FYI; those people should have retired years ago, jeesh) I highly recommend stopping by and using their services.

Very rude and condescending staff. One time I was shipping a $2800 bass guitar. He asked to look in the case. There was one ding on the guitar and he started trying to peel the paint off with his fingernail(!). I was like "what the ____ are you doing". He proceeded to tell me how he has a guitar he got with his Marlboro miles. So I guess that makes him an expert luthier? I'll never go back again.
