Terrible customer service, took over 5 phone calls and an e-mail to actually get back to me just to tell me I wouldn’t get anywhere for 2-3 business days, and told me they weren’t the actual insured and had to call someone else and would allegedly get back to me by the end of the day. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Christine didn't cancel my previous policy for me, and made me call my previous agent to get it taken care of. Shouldn't they be taking care of this for me?

Told they would stop two withdrawals from going through, they didn't. Now short over $200. I will change my rating IF I get my money back by 10am tomorrow. This has already caused us to have to cancel Halloween plans for our daughter and I can't pay my rent which is due tomorrow. Not to mention the 50 minute drive to and from their office which i will have to take to get my money tomorrow. NOT COOL.
