The State Farm brand speaks for itself but it’s the staff at this agency that puts them a notch above the rest. Tatyana and Aaron are always there to answer and assist with any concerns. Always a pleasure working with great people !

I have been a client at Pete's office since 1986, when I first began driving a car. Now, 31 years later, I have several rental properties, my personal residence, life policies and all vehicles insured through this office. It has been such a great experience as Pete has a great team of agents who always exceed my expectations!! All claims have been handled in a professional and efficient manner. I really could not recommend a better office to work with than Pete Ackerson's!

I have been a client of Pete Ackerson's office for several years. The staff there is exemplary. When I originally moved our policies to State Farm I spoke with Aaron M. He was very helpful setting up our new home and auto accounts. Since then we've insured a rental property and purchased an umbrella policy. They have always been very helpful. This past Spring my son totaled my car and the agents we dealt with in claims were helpful, generous and got us a check quickly. Most recently I've been helped by Tatyana S. She coordinated the transfer of my son's policy and helped me remember to get it done for a Christmas-time deadline when I was so busy I might have missed it. Great office with very helpful and attentive staff.

Scott and I came in after asking a few questions about life insurance and Gloria was able to educate us and make it all happen easily. We appreciated the focused attention on our needs and how smoothly the transaction was done. We would definitely recommend the office as the other staff was very friendly and worked as a team.
