Allstate Insurance Agent: Kurt Wicks

I've had auto insurance through Allstate for over 20 years and renter's insurance for approximately 10 years. My experience with Wicks Insurance almost made me change to another insurance company. Any time that I made a change to my policies I had to check up regularly to make sure that the change was actually made. This led to instances of multiple policies on the same vehicle, insurance policies on vehicles I no longer owned, renters insurance policies for an apartment where I no longer lived. Allstate is a good company but, this office requires a lot of attention to make sure your policies are correct.

There could be no better insurance agency! At Wicks insurance I am not just another client I am Cesy, and I am treated as such, with care, compassion and attention. my agent Carolina knows who I am the moment I email or call. There has never been a time I have felt Unsatisfied with their service. Regardless of what I need help with each one of them is always will to do whatever it takes to find a resolution that is in MY best interest. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and will continue with them. I recommend their service and their people.

I had double of the amount taking out of my account and they made up a bunch of excuses why that happened, then my agent said someone from some where from the financial dept. is going to call me at some point but he doesn't know when. Hahaha wow Great customer Servise guys. NOT REALLY !! No respect for our hard earn money. They just keep pushing the problem from one to another
