I was 18 year customer with Large Insurance Company and after dealing with Kate at fortified I now have more than double the coverage and also paying less than my previous policies and I feel far more knowledgeable about insurance thanks to Kate taking the time to discuss options and different levels of protection offered by each and what the related premiums would cost. Very impressed! Couldn't be happier that I gave them a call! Highly Recommend giving them a try!!

Keith is by far the greatest insurance guy ever! My relationship started with him started 15 years ago (I think). I was in high school and called around for my first car. After calling a few people I found myself calling him to ask questions on what other agents were saying or to clarify. After I did this several times I asked myself why would I go with someone else? If he was being so helpful. Fast forward to present day. I have a growing small business company. He takes care of all of my business insurance, vehicle insurance, and umbrella. He has been great to work with and his team provides great service. I know nothing about insurance and feel so comfortable that he is my insurance company. I would never think about going somewhere else. If you are a business owner or manage a company than you need to meet with him about your insurance needs. You will not find a more honest guy for what you need. If you are in high school, college, or just starting out. Give him a call and he will take care of you with what you need for insurance and wont take advantage of you. Keith you are great and please keep up the awesome work. Fortified Insurance is the best!

I originally met Keith when he sold insurance for another agency and got my homeowner’s policy through him. When I called back a few months later to have him get me quotes for car insurance that’s when I learned he started his own place. I called Fortified and he’s had my business ever since, 2 homeowners, car & apartment building policies. I have and will continue to recommend them to people.

Keith and the entire staff at Fortified Insurance Company in Manchester went well above any client service I have ever experienced. My car was hit in one of the first snow storms here in December. My husband was out of town, and due to the weather, the police were delayed. Keith came out in the crazy weather, picked me up and took me to work! Fortified Insurance took care of everything, even calling to check on me to make sure everything was being handled.
