Yellow Rose is a great gym with professional coaching! The atmosphere was VERY welcoming and I love how they have different workout tracks for people with varying goals and needs. I dropped in for a workout and had a great time. It's rare to find gyms that are run this well and I'll definitely be back!
I first signed up with Yellow Rose in September 2021, having very little knowledge of what to do in a gym and how I could get stronger. With the on ramp program, I had so much more confidence in my movements and had all my questions answered, without judgement. Coach Luci, Coach Chad, Head Coach Laura, and even the owner Coach Clark have helped encourage me in my fitness journey, always challenging me and creating a healthy environment that makes me want to come back every day. I never thought working out could be fun, but Yellow Rose makes a bright spot to look forward to every time I come! I could not recommend this gym enough!
Yellow Rose Fitness is a great one stop shop for helping you get into shape. First it is an amazing Crossfit style gym with a fantastic community and great coaches that help you achieve your goals. Also available is nutrition coaching with coaches that can help you navigate all the nutritional goop we find on social media. Yellow Rose Fitness is a true ones stop health and wellness center that is second to none.
I cannot say enough good things about Yellow Rose! They offer personal training, group classes, and nutrition coaching. Having used all 3 services over the last few years I can say that it’s the same friendly, educated and encouraging experience across the board! All the coaches are so encouraging they are even able to adapt the workout based on your abilities, injuries etc. They watch closely even in large group classes to give pointers in a way that meets your goals rather than pushing you to go harder.
After going through an ACL repair 6 months ago, the doctor finally gave me the green light to go back to my regular activities with some limitations. I joined YRF 3 weeks ago but before joining I talked to Clark owner and mentioned my condition. He listened everything I said and communicated to his coach staff. Every coach I met during this time, has come to me and offered all the help I need. Also, if some exercises doesn't feel comfortable, they offered other options. I'm pretty happy with everything about this gym. 100% recommended
Yellow Rose is a great gym with great people. The fitness and coaching are top notch, but the community is really what keeps me coming back. The people are kind, and I look forward to seeing old and new friends each time I pull up.
At Yellow Rose you are going to receive some of the most individualized coaching all within a group fitness setting. Every single workout is scalable and customizable to your specific needs. Coaches are ALWAYS happy to talk about your goals and guide you week-to-week. In addition to fitness, they also offer nutrition coaching! I've never felt in better hands when it comes to accomplishing my goals and becoming more knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Bonus: They have the cutest gym tshirts and tanks around. Lookin' good and feelin' good.
When I first signed up, I was scared of being seen as an outcast because of my autism and having been relentlessly bullied. After attending a community workout and talking with Luci, I was assured everyone was welcoming. After going through on ramp in February, I have never felt better about myself. My confidence is up and I’m slowly learning to accept myself.
I joined this group of amazing CrossFit trainers about a month ago so far I am loving my experience. I recommend to anyone who a beginner or advance to get in shape.
