I was having trouble with a torn disk for about a year. I couldn’t sleep at night, waking up and getting out of bed was pure agony. I decided to try cryotherapy because I was willing to try anything to get some relief. I was very skeptical and really nervous about how cold it would be. Everything was explained to me beforehand. How it would help, what to expect and how many sessions it would take. Everyone that works there is very nice. Someone stays with you and talks to you which really helped to keep me distracted since I was so nervous the first time. It does get cold but it doesn’t feel unbearable and definitely more tolerable than the constant pain I was in. After your done your body feels completely refreshed and relaxed. I noticed an improvement in pain immediately. They also suggested shiatsu massage, which is amazing! Not only did it ease the muscle pains I had been having due to the disk pain but I’ve never come out of a massage feeling an over all balance in my posture. After my first massage I slept through the entire night and didn’t wake up once. I hadn’t done that in over a year. By the time I was done with the sessions they recommended I had absolutely no pain at all. Hands down the best decision ever! If you’re hesitating because you think you can’t handle the cold...don’t. You are in pain anyway, this is only three minutes and so worth it.

I love this place. It is very homey and comfortable. The cryotherapy was quick and not too cold at all! The explanation was thorough; I was supported throughout the whole 3 minutes along with beforehand and afterwards. Then I had an amazing massage with Marla! Signed up for a package of 5 cryotherapy treatments on a special package and plan on including a massage with each visit!

Searching for relief from painful arthritis in my feet caused from playing soccer for over 40 years, I tried a Cryotherapy session. After the first session I signed up for a package of 10 sessions. I have now had 6 sessions in less than 2 weeks and the results are amazing! My feet have not felt this good in years! It is making me consider coming out of retirement to start playing soccer again after just turning 60 this past summer. But besides the pain relief in my feet, I have begun sleeping so soundly and getting such deep, restful sleep that I am feeling so energetic and not tired or sleepy all day. What a great side effect! I am hooked! And I am telling everyone about my experience and how it is changing my life! Thanks to the staff. They are very informed and helpful in explaining all the different therapies the spa offers.

CryoSpa is incredible! The staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Whatever your issue is, they can guide you toward the correct services. My wife has done 9 whole body cryotherapy sessions so far and has seen a tremendous reduction in her rosacea symptoms. The Celluma LED red light therapy has also been helpful in reducing her facial redness and, as an added bonus, she's seen some reduction in fine lines on her face. She plans to continue cryotherapy maintenance and has also started compression therapy to flush her lymphatic system. I am doing 6 consecutive cryo sessions for lower back and knee pain and also starting compression therapy. I look forward to having the same results as my wife!

I've suffered form sinus issues for quite sometime now, but after seeking help from Lucy , her team, and the TMJ treatment, this issue has been greatly reduced and I can breathe again! Lucy and her team are a wealth of knowledge, and really take care of their clients.
