Namaste Medispa & Yoga Center

In my first trimester of pregnancy, my ObGyn recommended exercise classes; specifically Irene's prenatal fitness class at Namaste Medispa. It is not only a getaway from every day chores, but most importantly it is a source of invigorating my body, becoming more flexible, and gaining all over body strength. If you are looking to achieve a healthy level of fitness during your pregnancy, Irene's prenatal fitness class is a must! By the end of the session everyone feels accomplished and satisfied from having achieved a challenge!! Furthermore, you feel lighter on your toes and even walk out with a boost of happiness and confidence. Also, I have walked in early for my prenatal class and witnessed sessions for those who aren't pregnant; so whether you are pregnant or not, there is a class waiting for you at Namaste Medispa with Irene! It's a great opportunity to challenge your body and mind and be a part of a conducive and effective fitness program! Highly recommended!!!

Great Prenatal Fitness classes. Good mix of exercises for cardio, strength and flexibility that will support your body through pregnancy and birth. Classes are taught on Saturdays, convenient for professionals working Mon through Fri.

Namaste is a relaxing and enjoyable Spa. If you are looking for a soothing massage or a relaxing facial Namaste is the place for you. The pictures posted speak for themselves. The atmosphere is what you would expect from an exclusive spa in New York or California. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, but down to earth and easy to talk to. They sell and use medical grade beauty products. Namaste will take you away from your everyday.

I had the most amazing facial at Namaste today. Amy is gentle, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable! i scheduled a massage for my husband who has been having back issues. And I am going to sign up for Yoga with an instructor who is also a physical therapist!! They have something for everyone's needs.
