Steel Magnolia Spa & Salon

My sisters and I went to Steel Magnolia Salon to get blow outs before dinner. The stylists were friendly and good. We were half way through our blow outs and getting our hair curled when someone (I’m assuming the manager) walked out of the back room and rudely asked us if we knew there was an up charge for curling our hair. We were never told this and since our hair was already halfway curled there was no turning back. The stylists apologized and said “we thought you knew.” Since it was their mistake I didn’t think they would still up charge us, but they did. It was a $25 up charge per person for adding curl to our blow outs. The blow outs were not worth it. It’s something we could have accomplished ourselves.

There is nothing Spa about this place. Only a step above a place like great clips will never go back again. I have to find someone to fix the color damage they did to my hair

Had a wonderful spa experience here with Ella. Had the combination massage and it was one of the best I've had! Would recommend

I made a appointment and told the person what I wanted when I showed up the stylist Nick said he didn’t know how to color my hair that way, I was leaving the next day in the morning and had to scramble to find another place. Very unprofessional
