Crystal Wrecker Service

This facility towed my car. It stated on there website to be open today. But not. Had to get back to town and no vehicle No answer after several attempts to contact this company and no emergency number. Did not get my car until i called the police. Very poor management!!! 0 is the rating i give.

After my car was towed, a man was extremely rude to me on the phone, refused to give me his name or the address where I could get my car, laughed at me and told me “guess you’re not getting your car back” then proceeded to hang up on me and not answer my calls. I was unable to pick up my child and had to miss work. I was told someone would call me when they were going to be there so I could get my car. I never received a call and had to call them back to go get my car which they acted like was such a big favor just for me because they were “closed” even though online says 24/7 and other people were coming in and out while I was there. I was ignored and pushed aside to help other customers before me although I was there first. They were rude to me, talked down to me, accused me of things, and after finally getting my car out TWELVE hours later my car now makes an awful grinding noise when I drive that they said was no way from them and I should take it to a shop or just hope it stops. My car is all wheel drive and they damaged it while towing it. Luckily I recorded the entire ordeal and I am now in the process of getting a lawyer. Absolutely never do business with these people.

Excellent service towed my BMW for a reasonable price and in a timely matter, the situation was a little difficult but Brandon didn’t give up when the other company did, thank you

This is by far the WORSE company ever. The boss Brandon is so Unprofessional and nasty. He lied and said he was coming to give me my car an never showed up. I had to call the police in order to get my car . Who’s over this place ?

These guys are highly unethical and predatory. Parked to go into post office in downtown savannah. 15 mins later they have my car up on tow truck as I'm walking up. Guy is violently aggressive and says I can py him$150 cash and he will let my car down. I say no way. He says he will call police then and then it's a per minute charge for him to wait on police. I can't believe the city allows this company to prey on citizens of savannah and savannah residents. If the city is paying attention or the us postal service for that matter, as it was in their parking lot and I went into their post office, they should disassociate with this company. Why does postal service contract with a predatory company such as this?
