On 02 June my car wouldn't start, based on the symptoms of my car I thought it was my ignition WIN module which is an 800 dollar problem so I was feeling pretty bad. After trying everything I finally decided to have my car towed to DODGE for them to fix it. Long story short, the Tow repair guy from Chauncey shows up, asks what's wrong with the car, take me keys and immediately determine its a battery issue. After a few minutes of tinkering we gets my car 2 start and points me in the right direction to get a new battery which I did. I was so happy, my 800 dollar problem just turned into a 150 dollar problem and I didn't have to deal with a dealership. It was a tall, Caucasian somewhat hefty guy. He saved the day and my family and I appreciate him taking extra time to fix my car. Turns out, I'm dumb AF when it comes to trying to jump start my car, I was doing it wrong

This company was dispatched by Allstate Motor Club for a tow. They waited over 3 hours before I finally contacted someone on my own, as they kept taking " wrecks" in front of my tow. The new tow driver told me that they were taking higher paying jobs before mine, and they did not care that I was sitting in a dark parking lot at Patriot's Park at 10:30 at night!!!!! If I could rate them lower I would. Thank you Reeves Towing for your service and promptness!!!!!!

Roadside assistance referred this company to come handle a flat tire situation. They quoted 60-80 mins. 4 hours later they have not shown up and they won’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. Do NOT recommend this company at ALL!

To see a marine memorial in that shop and to be towed for abandoned truck when I been parking there for three years it was there one day cause I had to hop a plane to help my dad 68 tet offensive survivor with agent orange cancer your not semper Fi shame on you

I can't say enough good things about this company! This is the third time I have had to use them, every single time was so fast, professional, and extremely affordable. This morning, I had to have my F150 towed for the second time in a week; I just picked it up from the shop three days ago and it died again on me. The driver that had picked me up last week (Robert) was in the office when I called and when he heard it was me on the side of the freeway again (in angry tears haha) he was at my location in 15 minutes.
