First off, they're so reasonably priced. They charge almost half of what other towing companies were going to charge me which I learned as I was stranded in a parking deck looking for someone to tow my car to the dealership. I called in and the woman who took my call was so nice and took all my information down and said she'd transfer it to someone to come help me. In a matter of time, Michael called and said he'd help me out and stayed in contact with me about his ETA. He was also really nice and even told me to get dinner instead if waiting at my car and that he'd call when he was closer to where I was. The woman who originally answered my call had actually called back about 20 min later to check that I had been contacted too which was also really nice of her. Overall I was really happy with the whole experience and would definitely call them again if I needed to.

The woman that took my phone call requesting a tow went above and beyond to explain all of the details involved with the process. I have never had to have a car towed. She told me when to expect the truck and that he would call when he was in route. Everything she said happened exactly how she said it would.The tow truck driver, Chris, was so very kind and patient while explaining exactly what was going to take place. He did an exemplary job of loading the car onto the flatbed and delivered the car in a safe and timely manner. I cannot recommend Shuman Services any more highly!!!

Had an accident at intersection of Alps Rd and the other road started with a B I believe anyway shumans was next in line to be called quick response although driver never greeted me no name given hardly spoke snatched my exterra up was very short and rude and left no card no hey this is where we are located nothing grateful I caught the name on side of truck cops agreed that was unprofessional said sometimes he was good other times he was as seen that night and when you call the office when there done talking they get rude to the point I ended up ride and hung up if wrecker service's are every needed again I will be specific and say anybody but shumans!!!!! And they removed property from my vehicle some of which is gone forever all the way down to bungee straps and some they chose to keep that they removed without permission of any one so they looked as if they were they good caring people they are not if I can they will be removed from local police call list

I just had to have my truck towed from Athens all the way to Winder where I live. The driver, Donald, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He arrived quickly and did his job professionally. Hopefully I won’t have to have my vehicle towed again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely use Shuman Towing again. I would recommend them to anyone.
