United Towing

Flat tire on 400 at 4:30 in the afternoon. Called United and they had someone out right away. Dan was fantastic. Super nice and very helpful. He took great care of everything and dropped off the car to be fixed, while I was able to head back home. Can't thank Dan enough or United for the great service. A flat tire can't be a great experience - but Dan and United made it as easy as it could possibly be. Thanks again.

I had a pick up time and a elderly mother who was very worried about being alone. The driver was great ,the dispatcher who took all the information was very sweet and kind . Very professional and a very good price and a great experience!! Thank you ! I have to add to my experience, i told dispatcher " to make it easy on the driver" just drop it at the street and I'll park it when I get home. Only to find the driver " put it exactly where I was going to put it!°°°!! Wow! FANTASTIC SERVICE!! GOD BLESS GREAT CUSTOMER CARE !! YOU RENEWED MY FAITH! Donald arrived promptly, but what we thought was a simple tow job turned into a two hour project due to circumstances beyond our control. Throughout, Donald was patient and courteous and focused on solving each obstacle that came up. We appreciated his help! And the pricing was reasonable. (We were not far)

My husband had been a wreck and we were stresssed. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and patient and made me feel so comfort. Issac called my husband to find the exact location of the car and was also kind and courteous. Def highly recommend! Rates more then fair and reasonable 😃
