Didn't get his name; BUT', he was AWESOME! Hard working but courteous, caring & respectful! Gentleman that dispatched him was awesome too! They hauled a 24ft for me! I AM THAT I AM INC was more than satisfied.

Stay Clear!!!!! SCAM artists. Worst experience ever. It started off great. They answered, were polite and built the ticket with all the details. That was the end of the good. The first driver called and stated he didn't have the correct equipment. He called and arranged for the 2nd driver to come which was an additional 30 minutes before he could head my way. The second driver called with an attitude. Advised me that there was going to be an additional charge on top of the original lockout charge and I shouldn't have asked for dollies. When I asked why still the lockout charge he stated because the car needs to be shaken off the flat bed and I should have had the original driver "just drag the vehicle 15 feet". When I reminded using dollies eliminates the need to shake no response. That is when I disconnected the call. I called back the main line to make sure my card would not be charged and was put on hold to talk to a manager. The manager gets on only to antagonize again and let me know his driver was correct and there would be an additional charge to tow it. Manager failed to recognize his dispatcher was the one that quoted the details needed for the tow and was fully aware of the situation when he took the order. Just wanting to take advantage of people in a desperate situation.

Tim picked me up when I needed auto assistance. He went way out of his way to make sure my situation was taken care of. Couldn't recommend Tim and Marietta Wrecker enough. Great service and great people!

Courteous. Professional. Did what they said they would do and followed up with me every step of the way. The way the business/customer relationship should be conducted (as opposed to what the world seems to have come to as of late.......) :-)

The Folks at Marietta Wrecker Service has rescued both my Shelby and Corvette when needed. I appreciated their prompt and courteous service. Being stuck out on the road with cars mentioned above and having a flatbed wrecker with a skilled operator working the controls, gave me all the confidence that I never had in the past.
