A Tow

I had never had my car towed until Monday. I was referred to A Tow by my mechanic. Gerald showed up and he was great. He took good care of my car and his service/hospitality was exceptional. Family owned and run, he said they were good folks.

Customer service over the phone was direct, efficient and professional. When my driver arrived he was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He treated my car with care. A perfect experience in a stressful situation.

Idiots!!! And bad customer service. After waiting for an hour the truck that they sent was in no way the proper machine to move my vehicle. And then it was going to be another hour and a half to get ge right truck on site! I have been in the automotive industry for 17 years and owned this car for longer. I have never had such bad customer service. Never has a tow company sent a tiny stinger truck to move my 19 foot long 5800 pound classic car with a tiny stinger truck. Idiots! The only reason to ever call a-tow is to get our car out of impound. Don’t ask them for help.

Your typical tow shop...rip off. Of course they work with or for the city of Atlanta so the prices have skyrocketed. Literally had to pay $200 for less than 24 hours on an impounded car. Be careful about where your car goes when being impounded if you can, but the overall story behind this is the city must need money and there going all out to get it.
