Southside Wrecker Service

Tow was professionally done. Good service. Bill was inflated by about a hundred dollars over what driver told me fee would be. Driver takes card information onsite, charge is apparently made later. Make sure you get a written quote from the driver or you may get a surprise later. However this is an industry with a reputation for putting the screws to a captive audience. 100 dollars is a relatively light screwing for a big truck tow, it could have been a lot worse. I still have not managed to get a receipt for Payment after calling twice so will just note it and if Uncle Sam questions the write off I'll point them to the wrecker service.

Awesome, my hero!! I had a strange request, I needed to pull 4 tons precisely 7-1/8 inches from floor level only. Not only were they able to do this, in 10 minutes onsite, but were there in the timeframe they stated. VERY reasonable pricing! Would recommend to everyone! They saved my day!

I had my car towed by them and the experience was great. The man working the desk was great and so understanding. Erick was so nice that he even feed me it was a pleasure working with him.

They picked our car up from a wreck. Very friendly but they would only let my husband go back to get our things out of the car. We had just been shopping for the accident so we had a lot of stuff in the car. He was still in a lot of pain and having bad back problems from the accident and they would not let me help him get anything else nor did they have a wagon or anything to help him carry everything for the long walk. The office staff was friendly however. I just feel like they need to work on those policies or offer a hand stones and pain or at least have a wagon people can use
