Northside Towing

My Econ teacher in high school used to say “There is GOOD, QUICK, and CHEAP... but you can only ever have two.” This is the first time I’ve found you can have all three. Let’s add in Ridiculously NICE too!

You never think having to tow your car will end with you smiling but... that just happened. Amazing communication, fast service, and I was able to leave my car for pickup so I could get back to work. There was a plastic rain cover or something halfway hanging off dragging on the bottom of my car and making a grinding sound and causing smoke after going through the car wash. Peter took the rain cover off for me (which required tools and skills I do not have) and took it to my house instead of to the car shop I had arranged for, because it wasn't imperative to replace it, he saved me money and time. He asked me before changing drop off locations and took a picture of my car on the back of the truck. He did not have to do that. I was worried about leaving it with a stranger so that made me feel so much better. I called AAA first and they required me to stay with the car and wait for 2 hours (and probably would have been late as they always are). I think it cost more to use Northside Towing then AAA but I paid for the service I got.

Northside towed my classic Camaro with great care. Pete used all of his knowledge to get the car (not running) into my garage. Hats off to Northside Tow. I don’t believe there is anyone who does a better job. There is no need to keep looking for anyone else. Call Northside Tow now if you need your vehicle towed.

Peter was quick, competent, and an all around professional. My car was down a steep driveway behind a tight archway. He didn't charge anything extra for the additional time and effort of extending the cables to pull it up and load. Would definitely use Northside again.
