K O Towing

This guy hung up on me twice because I couldn't give him the address to a storage company. I gave him the street and name and he smugly hung up. I looked it up on Google and found it in 1 min. I know u should be prepared calling tow companies but this tells me the guy has poor customer service and is not even tech savvy enough to Google it. He wanted $100 to tow 4 miles and I would take 2 hours. After he hung up i found another company to come in 20 mins and it was $75. Beware of this company!

Going through Atlanta on a business trip I needed roadside assistance. This company responded promptly, and took care of a flat tire for us. The cost was very reasonable. Positive experience.

Horrible. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. I went in having a great day regards less of the car issue. I left pissed. Read all of their responses to others. They're even hostile in the comments. No one cares that you're just doing your job. We understand. You just need to do your job respectfully. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

It's never fun having your car towed... It doesn't matter if you call and ask for it or if someone has it towed. Ken, at KO towing, was very understanding and helpful and made the experience as pain free as possible.

Called they answered quickly took my Information. Told me she would give the driver the info and he should give a call . No call in 45 mins . I call back they had holding music playing. All I’m saying is don’t advertise 24 hours if you’re not 24 hours ...
