Where do we begin? My best friend and I are new traveling nurses that broke down on the interstate pulling a camper. Marcelo came to our rescue! Not only did he tow my truck, he pulled my camper also. Upon arriving at his auto repair shop, there were five individuals waiting to assist us. ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS YOU COULD EVER MEET! Truly!! The mechanics not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, they thoroughly look the vehicle over and fixed other problems that "my mechanic" said had been fixed. This is exactly what we needed because we are from Florida and SAFELY made it to Nebraska due to there excellent, caring and concerned attention. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARCELO and his crew, Carlos, Gia, Patrick, Matthew, Venny. Our 'TRAVELING ANGELS'. Forever in our hearts....

These guys were great! My van was parked in an apartment building alley off a busy little side street and Stanley managed to back up his big tow truck through the gate and made it look easy. Hooked it up easy and away we went. When we got to the mechanic, there was only one kind-of-difficult-to-fit-in spot left, of course. Again, Stanley made it look easy. Fast. Skilled. Friendly. Professional.

Had my battery checked the day before and my was told that I needed to have it towed to a shop because there was an issue with my car that was not the battery. The next day Junior from Bravo Towing came and he spent well over an hour assisting me. Checked my battery and then replaced it to see if the battery was the issue. My car was still having issues and so he recommended replacing the battery and having it towed to get checked out. I asked him to take out the new battery and put the old one in, which he did. As he backing up my car to have it towed, the old battery started working again, to both of our surprise. Junior tested my battery again and determined that my battery was indeed bad, and the starter and alternator were working. He changed out my battery and put a new one in. He checked my battery three times and did not rush me. Junior was a great guy and helped to save me some money by preventing the need to have it towed. He said he loves his job and I really see that. Junior was a great guy and if the rest of the employees from Bravo Towing are anything like Junior, you will get great service.

I arranged the tow via AAA. I needed a flatbed truck because the 2 tires on the passenger side were slashed due to some debris I had run over early in the morning. The truck operator called to give me his ETA. During the call I learned that his truck was a regular tow hook, not a flatbed. I explained the situation and he promised to notify dispatch. I immediately called AAA and they insisted that they specified a flatbed, and promised to contact Bravo again. Cutting to the chase, I waited from 5:30A to almost 8:00A for a tow that had an original ETE of6:45. The operator who arrived was great - excellent, no complaints. My dissatisfaction is with the AAA and Bravo dispatchers.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but beware of this company. One the drivers take longer paths especially when you have AAA. After a long conversation with the driver who towed my car and their ideas on how the charge ruthless for AAA although the customers don't see it. But what really pissed me off is the fact they damaged my tire and won't own up to it my car is less than 3 years old and I only had it for less then 1 year and the tire is completely down to the wires on the inside where the tire was burning while trying to get on the tow truck. I have less than 25k miles on my car and tires and I get regular scheduled maintenance and yet only one tire is bad .... the tire that was burning. This company is robbery
