S & W Towing Service

They are the worst pack of employees ever! If you can control where your car is towed don't let them tow it to this company period!! After someone has survived a horrific accident get out the hospital and then have to come deal with the attitudes of these nasty acting people! Is ridiculous!!! This interaction is even more of a tragedy to deal with! You better believe that I am going to include my horrific experience in my Law suit! Because if that truck wouldn't have hit me I wouldn't have had to experience dealing with these nasty attitude people!!! They are not sympathetic to anyone's situation! Not helpful! Not considerate! Horrible customer service! The city really need to reconsider their contract with these people!!

One of the best experience with a tow company ever, in light of my car breaking down. I recommend them and will only use them from now on!!!!

Negative Experience - Unprofessional Service, Unloaded my Trailer with my Permission, Stole part of the Load, the load is locked up on their flatbed, There was no reason to unloaded the Cargo in my Trailer because the Driver had had partially dropped the Trailer, The Trailer remains in tact and can be driven, yet, this Service instead of picking up the Trailer and removed the Cargo, and damaged the roof of my Trailer badly, My trailer roof is ripped of and now laying aside my trailer on their property. The roof was in tact when they were called to help pick up the Trailer. Why would they take my Trailer roof off, and then break the seal of the Cargo, and removed the Cargo, like the CARGO belongs to them now. Do not call S & W Towing for any emergency.

Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t voluntarily let them tow your car. My car was stolen, this place was contracted by the police to help in the recovery.... I called they told me 180 .... when I got there the next day they charged me nearly 300 dollars... they will purposely take advantage and lie to you.... I discussed the fees when I called.... the guy lied to my face

Horrible horrible service ! I recommend this place to NOBODY. So many customers including me walked out upset and one of the people that worked there is soo rude! My father was trying to get paperwork out of his truck but couldn’t get into it so he asked the man if he could get the tow truck to pull it out because the cars were so close together and the man EXACT words were “it’s not the serious”. I get you have bad days sometimes at work but you need to lose the attitude as soon as you get to your place of work. Especially if customers aren’t even coming at you rude! Someone need to do something about this because they have poor customer service and I will never come back there.
