Moody's Wrecker Service

They towed my car at about 10am 05/14/2018 the lady who works at the desk answering the phone is beyond rede and disrespectful. As I went to look at my car I noticed it was extremely close up against a car that appeared to be a junk car. As I pulled my car out I stopped in front of the building to do a walk around to make sure it was no damage on my car. When I got the the front I went into a shock noticing my BRAND NEW vehicle was crushed in the front. So many cracks and dents and the entire grill was broken off. My headlights are cracked bumper completely damaged. I haven’t even had my car for a week and for them to this to my vehicle and deny it brought me to a 10. They were talking to me very disrespectful and low like a kid when I was being respectful about my car being wrecked. I will be taking them to COURT

More like SHADY'S WRECKER!!! Bought a car from this auction for over $15,000. Immediately after the auction, someone comes up to me and says that the owner was at the auction and was bidding the car up on me to make more money.... The vehicle I purchased had been reported stolen (Moody's failed to run the VIN properly before auctioning) and the police returned the vehicle to the owner!!! Tried to get my money back and Moody's told me I would have to get a lawyer. Don't do business here unless you have couple thousands to throw away!

Damaged my truck. My truck was towed from my work parking lot and when I went to pick it up, they had damaged the front right of the truck near the headlight, something hit it; and they did something to the drive train because it began vibrating badly once on the interstate on the way home. 100% low life losers working here.

I had my vehicle stolen, and the College Park Police impounded at this Moody location. Woman that picked up the phone was presumptuous, rude, nasty, and extremely uncouth. Certainly doesn’t need to be in any customer service role in any capacity because clearly that person who is a representation of Moody is inept, stuck in their sad ways, quite pitiful, intolerant, and small or narrow minded. I did not want to do business with them and sad that anunfortunate and traumatizing situation that happened to me several hours earlier was handled so brusquely by another person who clearly needs prayers and a major attitude adjustment. I would never do business here or send anyone their way not even a person I disliked.

4000 worth of damage to my car bc of these people. they refused to talk to me, tore my fuel line, my emergency break line, punctured the undercarriage 2x.
