Called the company. A guy answered the phone. Stated clearly what I needed. Told him the distance an all. He told me it would be a flat rate. I agreed to the flat rate. An simply asked him how long would it take him to get to me. He told me 30 to 35 mins. 45 mins past by. I called the guy 13 times and no answer. I have never delt with a service that ask for your number. Leaves you stranded with no answers and ignores your call. I could of called another company for the time that I waited. It's been 1 and 20 mins. And still no call back. Worst service ever. If i could give negative stars i would.

This tow company was TRULY A GOD SEND for me. I needed services on A Sunday and Mr. Eric was there when he said he would be there. He said give him an hour and sure enough he was there in an hour. Not only did he keep his word and arrived on time but his Spirit and demeanor was very pleasant. He was courteous professional and had a nice big red professional tow truck.The towing fee was very Fair and very Honest. I don't think I could have gotten better service anywhere else. Thanks again Mr. Eric and Shall God continue to Bless you and your business and/or partners.
