Tow Atlanta

The have unique tow trucks that con do the low profile towing.. I recommend them for any type of towing of sport car towing. I had 4 different towing companies to come out & tow my Mustang that has the low ground spoilers w/22 inch tires. No one would tow it. Bulkhead towing wanted me to put it on a snatch truck. I called Tow Atlanta & they came out with a truck that came down to mg knee. Great Job!! These thugs are Great.

The worst Tow company in Atlanta. HIGHLY UN-RECOMMENDED. DO NOT CONTACT THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY TO SHADY PEOPLE. I called this company for a recovery which they over charged me and DID NOT DO THE JOB. They charged me $400 and DID NOT recover my vehicle, they charged my card without my authorization and they left the scene with my car still in the ditch. It got so bad I had to call the Police on them. Shortly after the police arrived, the owner of this horrible company flashed a badge of him being a "Lawyer" and ignored the police officers request to remove my car from the ditch. They left my car in the ditch and REFUSED to return my money. After filing a claim and an investigation via my bank, my bank refunded my account in full. Another toe company came out and did the job and rescued my car for $125. Toe Atlanta came out and instead of assessing the scene to get my car out, they started taking pictures and asked me to sign a waiver so they could use my pictures for Promotion on their website. Taking into consideration I was already in distress due to my car being in a ditch, these inconsiderate #\@&!@ was only concerned about getting pictures for their website. It took them over 2 hrs to even get to the scene, they when they finally got there, the incompetent driver couldn't even do the job and had to call his "Boss", the owner. When the owner arrived he was much more interested in collecting my money and taking pics for his website. Again, after a another hour passed and police having to get involved, they left the scene and left my car in the ditch and ran my card. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. There are 100s of tow companies out there and I HIGHLY recommend you consider them before calling this one. They were the worst experience of any tow I've ever had.

They assisted me last night and I found them to provide excellent service and particularly well suited to handle high end automobiles requiring special care . Very good tow and transport company .

The service was excellent, I called from out of state and everything was handled smoothly with great professionalism!!! Syre made a wonderful job and thanks to him we found the car and it was brought to the tire company within an hour. I highly recommend their service! Valerie from France

Al Newson arrived within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and put me at ease since it was late and by myself. I hope to never have to call another tow bit I will only use this company if i do. Thanks Al!
