Herman was awesome! I called to have someone come jump start my Yukon - dash board lights were coming on but it wouldn’t start. He hooked it up to the charger and the battery turned out to not be the problem - instead of going on to his next job, he asked me to put the key in and show him what the vehicle was doing. When I did, he noticed one of the warning lights was a security lockout that is a anti-theft feature. He told me to do some pushing of buttons on my key fob that would “reset” the system, and it started right up!! I never noticed the light and probably would have ended up having it towed if he hadn’t gone above and beyond his duty! I was thrilled to be saved the hassle AND money it would have cost me to have it looked out. Awesome service!!

We are from Miami and visiting Big Canoe for spring break. Our check engine light came on and all our remedies did not work. We found A&T online and their reviews are true... they check the car and it resulted in just needing a new gas cap which they recommended to do in Miami at our dealer. They did not charge us and said we'll be fine to travel home. We appreciate the honesty and helpful recommendations.

Really nice and professional folks! Saved my rear after my truck died late on a dark and cold snowy night. Took truck to their shop and next day was up and running, good as new! The bill was extremely reasonable and the warranty is awesome. Many thanks to Jim and Rob. Will bring my CJ to A&T this spring to fix steering and just look her over. Great folks. Got all of my auto business now!

I just used A&T Towing Service. A first-class operation. I will definitely spread the word. The driver, Matthew could not have been more friendly and courteous on a rainy day in Georgia.

This company takes advantage of people. A gentleman ran off the shoulder of the road near my house and it took them over 2 hours to get his car on the rollback. It only needed to be pulled back onto the road but he was charged to have it towed, somewhere between $75 and $100/hr. Hopefully the young man will file an ethics complaint against these people. The tow truck driver was very disrespectful to me and apparently didn't like the information I was giving to the gentleman. A & T just because someone isn't from here doesn't mean you can take advantage of them. Also you should know: women are referred to by Mrs or ma'am. Disrespectful all around. I apologize if you did not like my review. That's how I see it happened. There also was not a police office on scene the entire time, maybe they had other calls, not sure. The car was in someone's driveway on a very dangerous part of Hwy 53. My father called me around 7:30 and said be careful a car ran off the road in the curve. I arrived home about 9:45 and it was still there. I am glad that the young man was "satisfied", maybe he will give you a good review. Also, my grandfather fought for many freedoms in this country including the right of free speech.
