They were helpful, friendly and worked with me to get my vehicle back from half an hour away and to the shop before they closed so it could be repaired quickly! The driver even called me when he was close and got my things out of the car for me. Aside from the great service I received, they were also the best/reasonable/cheapest quote I received!

Sent a tow truck with no parking brakes to pull my jeep out on a hill. The truck rolled over the things they put under the tires twice. Almost ran over the poor guy trying to pull out my jeep, slammed into the embankment. Then he ran the tow straps through my tires and tried to seesaw the car onto the road and pulled my tire off the rim. He had to tow it to town to get the tire fixed and I had to pick up the jeep another day. Still charged me for the tow, but wouldn't even have a conversation with me about it. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional. The driver, Josh, was great but the owner is a piece of work.

Came to change our tire on Easter Sunday and gave us a local hiking suggestion which turned out to be perfect, great service and great people, highly recommend.

Did a stupid thing today backing down my driveway. I debated just letting the truck go down the embankment to get away from my husbands mouth running, but instead I held my foot on the brake and called Fannin Wrecker Service. They came out right away and nothing was more of an emergency than this, yet their prices were extremely reasonable. The young man that came out was professional and courteous,and did not make me feel worse than I already did. Hopefully, I never need them again (my husband says he will drive me anywhere I want to go) but if I do, I know who to call! Kristine, Cherrylog, GA
