This is a nice facility - new. But I recommend not signing until after you see your unit. We rented a 10’x10’ unit but the one the gave us was only 8’x8’. So we asked to see a different one, which was 9’x10’. So we wanted that, and the lady argued with us and said she couldn’t do it without manager approval - which took an hour. I got there at 1pm and didn’t finish the rental sign up until 3 pm. Should be a 15 minute process. Disappointing!

Reserving online was easy and effective and the follow up call was fast. I was able to see the size of the unit and others to compare so i knew exactly what I was getting. The discounts were listed online too. The quality of the unit and grounds is on par with other facilities. The grounds were well kept, no debris or trash in sight. All paths to units were clear. The drive to the unit was simple but they don’t leave enough room for a truck, it is too narrow to back in and face your trunk or bed into your unit. The doors seem a bit flimsy for outdoor units but I suspect they’ll hold up proper for summer storage. The units have high ceilings but they’re not flat which is not an issue if you’re not standing anything up. You can pile high but you wont be left with much room to move things stacked high as there is a grid like structure to the ceiling. The fees are reasonable. The cost of supplies on site are reasonable. Incentives to rent here are available. There is one person there or was when I rented and he was away for some time which delayed my movers by 20 minutes. My movers were kind enough not to charge me for that time as I had no control. So I would recommend setting an appointment or getting the key code and setting up of your lease prior to move in date because this is not a place for prompt service. He was kind and got everything completed and let my guys in during the lease signing process. Everything was executed properly, the cost was the same as quoted as were the terms. I would just recommend not coming in when you are on a time limit. There’s a fee for paying on the phone and online, the true fee free way if you’re not local is auto-pay. I wish I had known that before renting. Not a huge issue but I will be away for some time and it is not possible for me to come in to pay. You have to come in to setup auto pay too. So their technology is a bit dated. Many business have omitted convenience fees for customers this is an archaic practice, using online payment systems is a cost of doing business. I will review again once my lease is up.

They kept raising my rent until I ended up paying twice as much for my unit then when I originally signed up at...this took place in only a year's time. Shady practice in my book.
