Simply Self Storage

First, the gate was broken for a long time after I first moved in - no security! Then, I gave notice to vacate on July 5th and then was billed for August, even though the policy is to give 10 days notice. They charged my credit card for August, and when I sent them the confirmation I received for my notice to vacate, they ignored it. The credit card company agreed with me and reversed the charge. I thought that was the end of it, but I just received a collection notice for 150% of the original charge! And this is seven months after the charge was reversed!!! DO NOT rent from these people. It is a total scam!

Best experience i've had at a storage facility. The manager Josh is very friendly and helped me find the right size unit for my things. The price he quoted me included all the extras so there were no surprise fees. Very clean and well maintained.

Terrible experience!! We had reserved a spot, kept in contact with them and was told different things every time. Since we live in California, they told us to send in my daughter to sign the paper work, but when she went in she was told she didn’t need to sign just come in with us on the day we move stuff in. As we are getting ready to head over, they call us and tell us we no longer have a spot, the district manager gave it away. When we complained, all of a sudden they told us we could have a spot, they would bump someone else. Not to mention the price nearly doubled. Needless to say, we didn’t go with them. Terrible business, beware!!!

I walked in the office and it was clean and nice and the people at the front desk was really nice.I really liked how everything was done and the people who helped me were very friendly and nice and they were Amber and Josh, WOW THIS STORAGE PLACE IS GREAT, my brother and I will definitely will be back
